Music Downloads

Im trying to download music from frostwire 4.17.2 and its not working adn so i need your help to tell me what to do to download it to a blank cd and please be specific!

I get image files with music downloads. They show up on the folders in thumbnail view but I cannot see them in the folders. How can I make them visible? I have already tried “show hidden files” and that didn’t work.
